A part of being Presbyterian means that we believe the church is not merely the local congregation, but it is also a regional body. The regional body consists of all the congregations and teaching elders in a geographical area; this body is called the Presbytery. The Piedmont Triad Presbytery is comprised of the following counties of North Carolina: Surry, Yadkin, Davie, Davidson, Stokes, Forsyth, Rockingham, Guilford, Randolph, Caswell, and Alamance.
