Purpose grows out of core values and is the fundamental reason an organization or team exists. Like a guiding star we are always heading toward it but never fully reach it. The following is how we state the purpose or mission of Grace Prebsyterian Church (GPC):
Grace Presbyterian Church exists
to focus attention on God's grace
as He transforms us into a community
that delights in his worship,
is marked by selfless care for others,
and proclaims the gospel of Jesus Christ
with gospel-transformed words, relationships, vocations, and lifestyles, resulting in the transformation of the communities of the Triad and the world.
Here at Grace, we long to see the grace of God magnified as he transforms us into: a community that worships, a community that witnesses, and a community that walks in love.
